Factory visits can be arranged in advance.

Q: Do you support OEM and ODM projects for coolers and fans?

A: Yes. We support OEM and ODM programs for air coolers, AIO liquid coolers, case fans, packaging, logo application, color matching, cable configuration, and accessory kits. Project scope can be tailored according to the performance target and market positioning.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: For standard items, the MOQ can start from 1 piece when stock is available. For customized projects, the MOQ usually starts from around 300 pieces, depending on the product type, tooling impact, and packaging requirement.

Q: Can I order samples before mass production?

A: Yes. Samples can be arranged for thermal evaluation, installation review, and packaging confirmation. For OEM projects, we can also discuss pre-production samples after key specifications are confirmed.

Q: What is the typical lead time?

A: Standard in-stock items are usually ready within 3 to 5 working days. For customized cooler or fan projects, the typical lead time is around 40 days after sample confirmation and order approval.

Q: What is the warranty policy for air coolers and liquid coolers?

A: Air coolers typically carry a 1-year warranty, while AIO liquid coolers usually carry a 2-year warranty. For verified liquid leakage issues after delivery, our after-sales team will respond quickly and provide the necessary support.

Technical Product FAQ

Q: How do you validate cooling performance?

A: Cooling development follows a structured process that can include thermal design review, CFD analysis, prototyping, validation, DFM assessment, and production QC. For air coolers, key factors include TDP target, heat pipe layout, fin-stack efficiency, airflow impedance, and acoustic tuning. For liquid coolers, radiator design, cold plate structure, pump integration, and sealing control are also critical. This process helps ensure the final product can deliver stable thermal performance under real application conditions.

Q: How do you ensure AIO liquid cooler reliability?

A: AIO projects are reviewed for sealing integrity, tube routing, pump performance, and radiator consistency before mass production. In manufacturing, critical controls may include vacuum sealing, process validation, and 100% leak testing for finished units. For OEM and ODM programs, reliability requirements can also be reviewed according to product positioning and target market needs.

Q: How do you control cooling consistency in mass production?

A: Mass production quality control is built around key checkpoints covering material consistency, assembly accuracy, fan performance, noise behavior, and final functional verification. For liquid coolers, leak testing is a critical control point. For air coolers, mounting stability, fan operation, and overall thermal consistency are reviewed before shipment. Supported by R&D and PQC resources, this helps maintain stable product quality across volume production.

Q: How are the fans connected if there is no controller included?

A: For non-controller versions, the fans can be connected in a daisy-chain configuration rather than through a separate control board. Up to four fans can be pre-linked in series, with one final connector reserved for the motherboard header. Matching male and female connectors can be provided so the assembly does not require an extra adapter cable.

Q: Do you support PWM and ARGB synchronization?

A: Yes. Depending on the project, fans and coolers can be configured for PWM speed control, ARGB lighting synchronization, or both. The final interface, connector type, and control method can be adjusted according to motherboard compatibility, target platform, and product positioning.

Q: Can you customize cooler specifications for OEM and ODM programs?

A: Yes. Depending on the product category, we can review heatsink structure, fan specification, lighting configuration, radiator size, tube length, mounting kit design, color treatment, packaging, and branding details. For deeper ODM projects, engineering support can also be provided to help align the product with the customer’s market and design requirements.

Q: How do you control noise and user experience?

A: Noise control is considered from the early design stage. We evaluate fan profile, fin density, airflow resistance, vibration behavior, and installation stability to balance thermal performance with acoustic comfort. For products positioned as quieter cooling solutions, the design focus is not only temperature control, but also reducing unnecessary turbulence and vibration during operation.

Q: What quality checks are included before shipment?

A: Before shipment, products go through final inspection and functional verification based on the product category. This may include fan operation checks, appearance inspection, mounting accessory review, noise verification, and leak testing for liquid coolers. The goal is to identify issues early and maintain stable product consistency before delivery.

Q: Can you support branded packaging and accessory customization?

A: Yes. We can support customized branding elements such as logo presentation, color treatment, packaging design, accessory configuration, and selected appearance details, depending on the project scope and MOQ. Q: What happens if there is a leakage issue after delivery?

A: If a verified leakage issue occurs after delivery, our after-sales team will respond immediately. We will review the case together with the customer and provide the appropriate corrective action according to the project agreement and the actual failure condition. The response process may include technical review, replacement support, or other agreed after-sales handling depending on the case.
