Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer with our own long-established PSU production line. Our team has many years of experience supporting entry-level, mid-range, and high-performance power supply projects. Factory visits can be arranged in advance.
Q: Do you support OEM and ODM projects?
A: Yes. We support OEM and ODM programs for wattage planning, housing design, label artwork, cable configuration, packaging, and other branding requirements. With more than 23 years of OEM and ODM experience, we can support both standard models and project-based customization.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: For standard in-stock items, the MOQ can start from 1 piece. For customized PSU projects, the MOQ usually starts from around 300 pieces, depending on platform, materials, packaging, and certification scope.
Q: Can I order samples before mass production?
A: Yes. Golden samples are always available for confirmation before mass production. For early stage evaluation, we can provide existing reference samples or customized pre-production samples for electrical, mechanical, and packaging review.
Q: What is the typical lead time?
A: In-stock products are usually ready within 3 to 5 working days. For customized programs, the lead time is typically around 45 days after sample approval, artwork confirmation, and order release.
Q: What is your warranty policy for power supplies?
A: Warranty terms depend on the platform and efficiency tier. White and Bronze models typically carry a 3-year warranty, Gold models usually carry a 5-year warranty, and selected Platinum models can carry up to a 10-year warranty. We normally provide a 1% RMA allowance for PSU programs, in case you have any demands for replacement. After the warranty period, we can still support customers with repair guidance and selected replacement parts when needed.
Q: What after-sales support do you provide for PSU projects?
A: Our after-sales support include RMA coordination, failure feedback review, basic troubleshooting guidance, and selected spare-part or replacement support according to the warranty agreement and project arrangement. For quality issues confirmed against the approved specification, we will work with the customer on corrective action and follow-up handling.
Q: Can you provide RMB quotations for domestic projects?
A: Yes. RMB quotations can be issued for China domestic business. Final pricing should be confirmed case by case based on the exchange rate, tax treatment, product configuration, and commercial terms at the time of quotation.
Technical Product FAQ
Q: What PSU platform architectures do you support?
A: Depending on the target segment, our platforms can be developed around different circuit topologies. For our Gold/Platinum series and selected Bronze models with higher-efficiency, the design may adopt an LLC resonant primary stage together with DC-to-DC secondary regulation for stronger voltage stability, tighter ripple control, and better transient response.
Q: How do you verify PSU performance and electrical stability?
A: Our validation process covers circuit simulation, EVT, DVT, pilot-run verification, and full-load burn-in. Key electrical parameters such as efficiency, ripple suppression, load regulation, transient response, hold-up time, and output stability are checked during development and production.
Q: What test equipment do you use for PSU validation?
A: For selected projects, we use professional electrical test equipment such as Chroma systems and SM8800 analyzers to support platform development, production-side inspection, and consistency verification. These systems help us evaluate real electrical performance under controlled load conditions and improve mass-production stability.
Q: Do your PSUs include common protection functions?
A: Depending on the platform, models can be configured with standard protection features such as OVP, UVP, OCP, OPP, SCP, and OTP. The final protection set is confirmed according to the target specification, certification requirement, and cost level of the project.
Q: How do you control production quality?
A: Mass production follows a structured quality process that includes IQC for incoming components, IPQC during assembly, automated functional testing, and full-load burn-in for finished units. This workflow helps ensure output consistency, safety compliance, and long-term reliability.
Q: Can you customize wattage, efficiency level, and cable configuration?
A: Yes. Depending on the project, we can review wattage range, efficiency target, modular or semi-modular cable sets, housing finish, fan profile, packaging, and branding details. Customization depth depends on the platform strategy and target market.
Q: Can you support different market segments from mainstream to gaming?
A: Yes. We support a broad range of PSU programs for office systems, mainstream consumer builds, gaming PCs, and higher-performance projects. Product positioning can be adjusted by wattage, efficiency level, cable architecture, acoustics, and appearance configuration.
Q: Can you support safety and EMI compliance projects?
A: Yes. For projects that require regulatory support, the platform can be reviewed against the target market's safety and EMI requirements. Certification planning is usually considered early in the design stage so the electrical platform, BOM, and mechanical design remain aligned during development.
Q: Do your models have certifications such as 80 PLUS and CB?
A: Yes. For selected PSU models, 80 PLUS and CB certification is already in progress or available based on our existing platforms. Customers can rebrand qualified models at a lower cost and with a shorter lead time compared with developing a completely new platform. For project-specific requirements, please contact our sales team for further details.
